<p>Burman Recruitment are very excited to announce that we are now recruiting for a Marketing Apprentice to join our ever growing team! This role is a huge opportunity and will allow the right person to really make the role into their own and explore their creative flare through the Burman brand.</p>

<p>The role offers full training, and we are currently looking for a candidate who is looking at getting into a digital marketing type role through an apprenticeship. The right candidate will have a great opportunity to not only learn how to market a brand but also digital and administration skills it takes to succeed at marketing.</p>

<h2><strong>Roles & Responsibilities</strong></h2>

<ul>
<li>Create and post regular content via our social media channels (LinkedIn/Instagram/Youtube)</li>
<li>Design on brand imagery to promote the Burman brand and marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Create & manage company events both online and in person</li>
<li>Liase with suppliers for branding merchandise and assist on exhibition projects etc.</li>
<li>Manage the website and come up with improvements</li>
<li>Improve our overall presence within the Higher Education market</li>
<li>Create weekly/monthly newsletters to our clients and candidates</li>
<li>Write blogs on market intel & Burman updates</li>
<li>Understand marketing data and how we can use that to improve our organic reach</li>
<li>Deal with incoming requests from the website and social media providing a good customer service</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Experience</strong></h2>

<ul>
<li>3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject</li>
<li>GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)</li>
<li>Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject</li>
<li>You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.</li>
